Fall in Love with Fashion

Fall in LovecopyIMG_6296

Happy Monday everyone! Even though Fall is coming to an end the weather here in New York has been warm and beautiful. Hopefully I can get a few more posts up before the cold weather hits.

I wore this outfit to a Sunday brunch and I think it is perfect for the fall seasons. I love it because it isn't so matchy matchy but everything still goes perfectly together. The dress is my favorite piece. It fits so well and since it is short sleeves it can be worn at anytime of year. You can also easily dress it up or down for any casual or formal event. I definitely will be getting a lot of use out of this dress. I hope you guys like it and as always outfit details are at the bottom. Enjoy and see you soon :)

Pop & Pleather

"She's fearless, powerful, beautiful and independent in every aspect of her life, including what she wears."

Hey everyone, thanks for clicking on my page! I decided to do a post on leggings and this one is a double whammy. I don't know about you but when I think of leggings I think of comfy clothes perfect for laying around the house. Of course an easy way to wear leggings is to throw on a pair of flip flops or sneakers and a t-shirt. However, I find that leggings can also be used for more dressy options. In this blog there are two different options for a more dressy legging outfit option. Outfit details for can be found within this post. Keep reading for more information on my outfits.

This first option is a pair of leggings with pleather details on the side. These leggings are from a website called Kora Rea. Besides designing clothes they raise money for a great cause which drew me in! Part of their proceeds are donated to the National Tiger Sanctuary. They also rescue and adopt cubs so I didn't mind splurging a little on their product. I paired the leggings with a light blue dressy t-shirt. Like the leggings the shirt also has lace details on the side which I think really ties everything together. Black and gold accents in my shoes, clutch, and jewlery also complement the look. I really like how the studded like details on the shoes match the clutch... So cute!

The second pair of leggings are from White House Black Market. I love the look of leather pants. The fact that these are pleather in the front and legging material in the back makes them funky as well as comfortable. The shoes also make this outfit perfect for a night out to a club or even on a dinner date. Like the first outfit, I paired the pants and shoes with a t-shirt from H&M. The lips on the graphic tee also fits the funky look I was going for. Lately I  found myself gravitating toward shirts with sequence like this one. Since my outfit was mostly black and grey I choose earring with a pink color to give my outfit some pop!

Just Add a Blazer

"Happiness hit her like a train
on a track."

Hey guys! Summer has come and gone so that means fall fashion blogs are coming your way. This look is perfect for the change of season and for school and/or work. The white, peach, tan, and beige colors lean toward the summer season while the dark brown in my shoes, as well as the dark color lip ties in with the upcoming fall weather. I love to wear blazers because it makes any casual outfit change into a more dressy and professional one. The cut, color, and detail of this blazer really caught my eye when I was shopping. Also if you noticed I have a new hair color! I dyed it black with some blue pieces. I hope you enjoy this blog. Details and links are at the bottom. Happy Fall!

Simply Dressy

"Simplicity is the ultimate form of
Sophistication."

Here we are again, another fashion blog from yours truly. I named this outfit "Simply Dressy" because it is a perfect simple outfit you can wear to a dressy event. Though this outfit is dressy at the same time it is easy to put together. I wore this maxi dress from venus (link down below) for an engagement party. I dressed it up a little with a fake tattoo (link also below), a bracelet, and a statement necklace. Since it was a hot summer day I decided to do a up-do that was also very easy. All i did was french braid one side of my head and then twirl the longer part of the braid into a bun. Then I pulled out and curled some pieces to glam the look up. So thats it! Hope you like this look any information about the outfit can be found at the bottom of this post. Thanks for stopping by :)

LOVE the summer

"Summer.
Hair gets lighter.
Skin gets darker.
Water gets warmer.
Drinks get cooler.
Music gets louder.
Nights get longer.
Life gets better."

This picture welcomed me to my vacation, isn't it so cool!
Like promised here is another post. Like the previous post "Palm Trees and Some Sun" this too was taken on my recent vacation. I wore this outfit to a simple dinner on the beach. It was a quick and easy look to put together. For my makeup I just did a winged liner and a pink lip. As for my hair I just twisted one side and pinned it up. The outfit too was really simple. I paired my red shorts from
Forever 21 (last year) with a tank and a statement necklace. My sister also wore red so she decided to pose again. She is wearing those tattoos I spoke about in my previous post. Aren't they so cool! I hope you all enjoy this post and remember me to follow me on my social media sites since I announce when I post on there.
